Poster design

0to9

CLIENT - ASSIGNMENT - GOAL

The client for this case was 0to9, a full-service marketing communication agency. They approached me to design a poster to promote their Summer School internship. The goal was to attract students and give them the opportunity to experience the agency over the course of a summer.

The task was to create a visually engaging and clear poster that would stand out among other internship promotions and reflect the agency’s energetic and creative character.

The main objective was to appeal to young, talented students and encourage them to apply for this unique summer opportunity. The poster needed to inform, but more importantly, inspire and activate.

CHALLENGES - MY ROLE - PROCESS

One of the biggest challenges was finding a style that would appeal to the young target audience while still fitting within the visual identity of the company. The poster had to be fresh and creative, yet professional and on-brand for 0to9.

My role in this project was that of graphic designer. I was responsible for the full creative process, from concept to final design.

I started by researching how internship promotions are typically designed and analyzed which visual elements appeal most to students. I then developed several creative concepts based on typography, color use, and layout, which I presented to the client. After feedback, I refined one direction into the final design.

RESULTS - IMPACT - REFLECTION

The final result was a bold and fresh poster that visually aligned with both the target audience and the company.

The poster was received with great enthusiasm and used both physically and digitally as part of the recruitment campaign.

What I learned from this project is how crucial it is to balance target audience appeal with brand identity in design. I also saw firsthand how powerful a well-crafted visual can be in driving engagement.
